1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GlobNET's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

GlobNET provides technology consulting and development services including but not limited to:

  • Embedded systems development
  • Artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions
  • Cloud computing services
  • IT security consulting
  • Software development and automation
  • Sustainable energy technology solutions

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not misuse our services or attempt to access them using methods other than those provided by us
  • Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of GlobNET and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Client Work

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in work products created for clients shall transfer to the client upon full payment of all fees.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received during the course of the business relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of these terms.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services will be specified in individual service agreements or project proposals. Standard terms include:

  • Payment due within 30 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobNET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlobNET and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GlobNET regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements.
